JAN 29 PYC Hindu Gymkhana My favourite place to be at PYC Hindu Gymkhana is at a table at the cafeteria which overlooks the ground which is usually well maintained and green. Sipping tea when it is cold or when it is raining is especially enjoyable. I have never understood the reason for this - sipping tea in a glass is far more enjoyable than a cup of tea. I guess the cup is a more formal affair.

Here is a sketch of the old club building I did one day. This was incidentally my first sketch. This was completely unplanned. I had finished my swim and felt like having a hot cup of tea before leaving. So I sat down at the table in the cafeteria and asked for some tea. While I was waiting, I suddenly had an urge to sketch the old clubhouse. I did the sketch with whatever pen and paper I could find in my bag.
