The market at Panjim is no different from most vegetable markets except for the wonderful mural by Mario Miranda at the upper level which overlooks all the action below. Noticed this AAP volunteer who with the signature AAP cap was quietly but diligently talking to people (possibly about the new world). It is good to see that some people still believe in Utopia.
