This was during our first visit to Sangla valley in Himachal that I realised that while the rest of the country may be hot in the month of April, the snow is yet to melt in Sangla valley. There was now everywhere - in the fields, on the trees and on the mountains. When the sun rays light up the snow clad peaks, it makes a fascinating sight. (Sangla Valley, Himachal, 2010)
