Came across some spirited Mallakhamb practice by these young boys and girls with their committed instructors at Lokmanya Tilak Sanskritik Nyaas, Ujjain. Their hard work, tenacity and years of practice could be seen in the flawless execution of very difficult and complex postures on the mallakhamb - solo as well as group. It was good to see a significant numbers of girls participating. This group has the distinction of bagging several awards over the years which was hardly surprising. (Ujjain, 2017)
